CevicheCeviche, also cebiche, seviche or sebiche, is a seafood plate characteristically made from fresh raw fish smoked in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and flavored with ají, chili peppers or other zests including chopped onions, salt, and cilantro.
Although the dish is not prepared with heat, it must be primed and consumed fresh to reduce the hazard of food poisoning. Ceviche is typically complemented by side dishes that match its flavors, such as sweet potato, lettuce, corn, avocado or plantain.
The dish is common in the Pacific coastal regions of Latin America. Though the origin of ceviche is hotly debated, in Peru it is considered a national dish. Despite its South American origins, the Ceviche has grown popularity in Central America. There are quite a number of Ceviche places in Miami and only a select few are worthy of the ‘great Ceviche’ title.

Places to Eat
My Ceviche |
You can believe in the hype of this special restaurant. Everything in the My Ceviche restaurant is fresh. A common order is the shrimp bowl with quinoa, salad, and avocado that many are quite fond of. Many also order the chicken burrito (with rice, corn, salad) and chips. Both are delectable choices but wait until you try their Ceviche, which is a category of its own if we could say so.
Many also love the location which is the interior seating area next door, which is a drawn-out part of a hotel lobby. If you are in a hurry, you could opt to take your food to go. The place can get very crowded during the peaks hours of lunch and dinner so try to go between those hours. If you want a place for Ceviche, a restaurant solely dedicated to the dish is a great way to start. |

You may go there during happy hour even by chance and not planned at all. You may start off by ordering some pisco sours which have a buy one, get one promo. You could also decide to get appetizers, all of which you will certainly love. At SuViche you can order half sushi rolls. If it is your first time there, you can order different dishes just to try them. You will love every single one. You will certainly feel the need to go back and try the rest of them. There are incredible staff that help you around the menu and give you recommendations when asked. This Ceviche place comes highly recommended. |

CVI.CHE 105 South Beach |
CVI.CHE 105 is a great place for people who love seafood or Peruvian food. Locals have tried their Peruvian food and loved it. Even you are looking to try something more high-end; you will still definitely think that you made the right choice.
The thing that stood with this cafe is their servers. They are enormously attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating. They will make sure you won’t have any allergies and if you have, you will be assured that replacements could and would be made. They make awesome recommendations and it is clear that they know their food well. They also make excellent wine/drink recommendations. Local favorites are the passion fruit piscojito (pisco + mojito) and the regular pisco sour. Take your friends here and enjoy the highly recommended overall experience. |
