FritasThe unique Frita is a Cuban dish with seasoned ground beef and pork pasty, which is sometimes mixed with chorizo, on Cuban bread topped with shoestring potatoes. Variants also consist of lettuce, onions, and a spiced ketchup paste. Without a doubt, these special ingredients are definitely a great combination in practice.
A related dish on Cuban bread is called pan con bistec or also known as the bistec de palomilla which is topped with the shoestring potatoes, which you can also get in Miami by the way. This type of burger is found mainly in South Florida and most Fritas can be found in most Cuban restaurants in South Florida and we could safely say that the best ones are actually found in Miami.

El Mago De Las Fritas |
The Fritas in the El Mago De Las Fritas is among the greatest despite the trifling place inside. Like any old-style Cuban spot in Miami, there is a long counter with bar stools and about 10 tables for groups of four. There is a very small parking lot but you could now park at the school nearby which is a great accommodation.
Their frita meat is all natural and the technique has been in her kinfolk since the 1950s. They also make their particular skinny fries for the Fritas so expect that it’s all fresh and nothing from a can. You get the sensation the proprietor put his life into the place and made into a landmark of sorts, which is a rarity in Miami. Try out their family-made fritas on your next trip to Miami. |

El Rey De Las Fritas |
Do you desire the impeccable Cuban Frita Burger in Miami? Then there is the spot. This is a restaurant with a curvilinear counter and high bar stools, orange vinyl booths, fluorescent lights; the place really gives off a retro vibe reminiscent of Miami from the 60s. The fries served in the burger are quite spectacular, because serving it on the side is not how it goes when you are ordering a bunch of their delicious fritas.
The menu is gorgeously written with marker and taped to the fridges and walls behind the bar. Rather than order a regular burger, you can get double patties and double fries. The bun for this burger looked very fresh and appetizing and you will be pleasantly surprised by its flawless texture. It is soft but not soggy, strong enough to hold in the overflowing double everything, and had the perfect bite where the bread adds texture but doesn't squeeze out the insides from the other side. |

Fritas Domino La Original |
There are only 3 food selections on the menu for this peculiar cafeteria. However, that does not really matter if they have a good sense of specialized taste. You may order two fritas and a pan con bistec which are both delightful.
The place is not your typical place and that is actually not a bad thing. It looks run down and old but this is one of the finest Frita places in Miami. It's a hole in the wall for sure but the way they make the food is truly a sight to see if you haven’t had the chance to see so. They have amazing fritas and one of the best lunch specials in town. Owners are great and accommodating, and you will definitely keep on coming back. |
