Billy's Stone Crab Hollywood |
You can save the Billy's Stone Crab Hollywood for a special occasion and score big time. You can sit by in a secluded alfresco "swing" type bleachers sheltered from others so it will feel like you are having your own dinner by the water. The view is spectacular - of the intercoastal watching the boats/yachts drive by while watching the beautiful sundown.
Could it be any better? Yes, the food. For starters, Ceviche sampler was in plenty and appealing. This isn’t your typical Peruvian ceviche but is instead encumbered with fish with the same lime & cilantro taste. You can select the signature stone crabs they keep air-tight year round, A nice chunky crab but light enough so you can savor every bite. Might we say that you can get a free lime cake in occasional promos? The service is top notch. Everything from the bread, the courses, the drinks and the ambiance is definitely worth your while. |

Truluck's |
This place is pleasant and a nicer steakhouse dining experience for all of your seafood needs. We can definitely say that this an economic place. You may start by ordering a filet with a side of parmesan mashed potatoes which are some of the best of its kind when paired with the stone crabs. Reliably, the desserts are also the best highlights of this restaurant. They serve in generous portions and they look simply divine. In addition, that South African Lobster tail looked scrumptious for anyone with the right appetite and price point. The place has just the right price for the quality that they provide and the wait staff is pleasant especially considering there is a good amount of customers ordering a bunch of food on an hourly basis.
