Mt. Luho

Mt. Luho is Boracay's highest peak that gives you a panoramic view of the island.

Once you enter Mt. Luho you'll be greeted by a few animals (monkey's, birds, Tasmanian devil etc.), as Mt. Luho has a mini zoo for tourists to see. You'll be taking just a few stairs to reach the viewing deck and you'll be able to see the whole island. Do note that Mt. Luho isn't too high so you won't need any climbing equipment. The peak may be reached by a long walk or a tricycle ride that is always available to take you to the peak's entrance, or maybe try the ATV on the island and pass by Mt. Luho.

On the viewing deck you'll be able to see the different beaches of Boracay such as Bulabog Beach, Ililigan beach, and also a perfect view of the Golf Course in Fairways and Blue waters resort. Watching the sunset in Mt. Luho will surely take your breath away.

TIPS

Wear comfortable clothes and hiking shoes for convenience. Though the hike to the peak is not that long and high, you would still want the climbing experience to be as comfortable as possible.
The best time for a photo op is during sunset and sunrise. Go to the mountain before these golden hours to take amazing photos.
On the way down, visitors might want to take a ride on the zip line for a more thrilling experience.
The area also houses a mini-zoo, which is definitely perfect for the family and children.
There are specialized staff members in the location who can take your photo and print them out for a price.
