Cabbages & Condoms |
Cabbages and Condoms may have a very peculiar name - and an equally peculiar slogan that goes "our food won't make you pregnant" - but it's an excellent restaurant with a great cause.
Upon entrance, you will be welcomed by odd designs - the condom-covered figures sends the message across. Beyond the peculiar details of this shop is a fairly spacious restaurant with lots of tables available - even though the place is busy, there's no need to book in advance since there's plenty of space for everyone. Some of the most notable dishes here includes pad thai, grilled goodies and the famous, flavorful Thai curry. Check out the gift shop before leaving - some of the proceeds from the restaurant and the gift shop will go to the Population and Communication Development Association. If your not a shy person try asking for some free condoms. |
